Privacy
This page describes what we collect today, while Maya is in development and the only thing live is the waitlist on mayainbox.com. A full privacy policy will be published before the Maya app launches in the App Store and Google Play.
What we collect right now
One thing: your email address, when you submit the waitlist form on this site. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider, and forwarded to a Gmail inbox we own.
Why we collect it
- To email you once, when Maya is ready for early access.
- To estimate launch-day demand.
- That's it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your email to anyone.
- We don't add you to a marketing list.
- We don't track you across the web.
- We don't use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party SDKs on this page (only Google Fonts for typography, which loads fonts and nothing else).
How long we keep it
Until Maya launches and we've sent you the early-access email, plus 30 days. After that, we delete waitlist emails that haven't converted to accounts.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your email from the waitlist at any time. Reply "remove me" to any email from us, or write to hello@mayainbox.com. We respond within 7 days.
If you're in the EU, UK, or California, the same applies — and you also have the right to access a copy of any data we hold about you. Same email address.
When the app launches
The Maya app handles real customer messages on your behalf, which is a much bigger privacy question. Before launch, we'll publish a full privacy policy describing exactly what data the app sees, where it's processed, who our subprocessors are (Anthropic, Supabase, your connected platforms), and how long we retain message content. That policy will be linked from this page and from the app itself.
